Withdrawal requests are processed by ong39 within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Verified accounts with completed KYC documentation receive priority processing. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. ong39 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal. The maximum daily withdrawal limit for standard accounts is Rp 50,000,000; VIP accounts may have higher limits.
